The Recruitment Process

Planning Stage

A CRG consultant meets with the client to gain an understanding of the brief, culture and any organisational requirements needed. We then design a specific and tailored plan for the assignment.

Candidate Search

We conduct relevant searches throughout all possible avenues to identify suitable candidates.

Candidate Evaluation

Once we identify suitable candidates, CRG makes contact with them directly. We present the objectives, opportunities, responsibilities and potential of the position. CRG then scrutinises the qualifications of the candidates against the requirements of the position and finalises a shortlist of respective candidates to present to the client.

Presenting Candidates

The shortlist of candidates will be presented to the client with continued liaising and monitoring throughout the process.

The Decision | Offer

CRG offers expert counsel and advice at this critical point. We facilitate and communicate between the client and candidate on salary, terms and benefits. We also assist the candidate through the emotional process of resigning the present position.

Ongoing Relationship
